DESCRIPTION
Black Sea Gate is an essential part of the Foros Sea Park Village and Marina – a 21st century real estate development integrating all elements of life in organic symbiosis. Black Sea Gate will be the landmark for the future Foros Marina and the highest building on the Black Sea coastline.
SUSTAINABILITY & INNOVATION
The designed large atrium spaces provide natural ventilation, cooling and heating with minimal mechanical energy. Buoyancy-driven natural ventilation is used for cooling and ventilation during the hot months and in winter the closed louvres atrium space will act as a heating greenhouse. The Breathing Building will be completely sustainable and energy-efficient with a nature-like environment and covered with vast green areas both on the roof tops and the terraces accumulating rainwater for different uses.
