Current smart and sustainable services include: electric cars and scooters in the Marina; Smart ADIMARINE event management system that can be downloaded as a user-friendly app (iOS and Android) so users can make requests directly to the Marina Control Room and/or report an incident inside the Marina; E-Power system for
each berth that records and transmits power and water
consumption per boat to the Marina Control Room; and Smartplus Cloud Platform from which owners can easily access data recorded via the E-Power System.

Within the context of its historic environment, Ayia Napa Marina is considered an innovative project as it has implemented a range of environmentally friendly actions and technologies such as electric scooters, Smart ADIMARINE event management system (app), E-Power, Smartplus Cloud platform, a Building Management System (BMS), Energy Performance Certificates and SmartHome technologies & equipment. The marina is also ISO 13687-1 certified which covers the following aspects: legal, environmental, safety, signage, services, maintenance and cleaning.
